Kenny was involved in several high profile cross border deals involving IT and manufacturing services clients, and worked with numerous private equities in many of due diligence exercises, namely: An US private equity’s acquisition of listed chemical company in Taiwan, Foxconn’s acquisition of 50% stake in chassis module business of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, an European bank’s attempt acquisition of consumer business of Citibank Taiwan, proposed acquisition of indoor bike maker by a listed bicycle company in Taiwan.
