Victor specializes in Financing and Banking practice and acts as banks’ counsel in various types of finance transactions, including syndicated loans, M&A, asset, project finance and other kinds of financing.

Victor assisted the syndicated lenders to seal the first project finance deal that successfully signed Triparty Agreement with the government in Taiwan. Victor is constantly invited to lecture at Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance (TABF) on various topics like syndication and financing.

Shipping

Victor specializes in ship and aircraft finance transactions with targets registered in many jurisdictions, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Liberia, Panama and other jurisdictions. Victor has experience in acting as the Special Agent for maritime affairs in Taiwan appointed by Liberian Maritime Authority.

PE/VC
Victor has extensive experiences in advising private equity funds and venture capital firms. Consultancy and legal services provided include structuring and formation of PE funds or venture capital, fund management and investment transactions.

Infrastructure and Energy
Victor has extensive experiences in provide advises in legal due diligence, investment and financing for projects targeted infrastructure development, renewable energy and offshore oil & gas deal. Victor also assists the government in managing the performance of certain public construction or BOT projects.

M&A
Victor advises companies in cross-border or domestic M&A and investments transactions. Consultancy and legal services provided include deal structuring, legal due diligence, regulatory filings and approvals, contract drafting and negotiation, closing and post-closing management, dispute resolutions and related legal works.
