Lily Lu

Lily Lu is a partner in KPMG Taiwan's audit service. She started working at KPMG in 1995 and has over 20 years of experience in financial statement audit, internal control audit, corporate income tax return certifications and IPO project advisory services. Before joining KPMG, she worked in securities houses for a long time.

Lily is very knowledgeable about different financial, biotech, transportation and industrial sectors. She has done many audits for fund houses, bio-tech, products, shipping and high-tech manufacturing.

Besides the financial statement audits, Lily has helped many companies to establish internal control and accounting systems. She also has given advisory services to companies that want to go public in Taiwan.

Lily's work in KPMG also includes due diligences. She has done various strategic and market assessment for multi-national companies, including due diligence and strategy advisory. Her work also involved assessing internal control risks and improving processes.

Lily also offers corporate income tax return certification services to public and non-public companies in Taiwan and helps clients review their corporate operations and investment strategies from tax compliance perspective.
