Financial statement audit services: Lisa’s audit practices include audits for clients in a variety of industries in accordance with the IFRSs、IAS and ROC GAAP.

Corporate income tax return certifications: As part of local tax compliance in Taiwan, Lisa provides corporate income tax return certification services to public and non-public companies in Taiwan.

Advisory services in relation to IPO projects: Lisa is familiar with listing regulations and has assisted numerous Taiwanese companies applying initial public offering in Taiwan as well as issuing corporate bonds in Taiwan. She also contributed her keen knowledge in assisting these companies to improve the internal controls in order to provide the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information.

Advisory services in relation to foreign companies applying IPO: Lisa has extensive experience working with companies in Southeast Asia. She provides short-to-long-term counselling and planning services regarding to IPO application to these foreign companies and successfully assisted these companies to enter the capital market in Taiwan.
