Sonia Chang is Partner at KPMG since 1998. She has over 20 years experiences in delivering audit services to listed and private companies across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare and retail. Sonia also deeply involves in the assurance and business advisory services in the firm, which contains projects of IFRS advisory, internal control review, and accounting advisory service. She is currently the global lead partner of Acer Inc., a role in which she oversees KPMG’s audit services across more than 30 countries. Sonia hands on experience with accounting and reporting issues at both an operational and head office level to ensure advice is practical and pragmatic. In addition, Sonia has extensive experience in capital market transactions (acquisitions, divestments, due diligence support and IPO readiness, etc).
