Lynn Chen joined KPMG in 2001 and has been providing tax advisory services to domestic and multinational corporations for over 20 years. Lynn has extensive international tax experience, and her expertise includes international tax planning and risk assessment, tax due diligence, M&A, investment structuring, and reorganization for banking and PE clients.
In order to integrate with the international tax environment, Lynn not only serves as a lecturer of tax-related courses at KPMG Taiwan, but also as a lecturer of international tax law courses at National Taiwan University. Furthermore, Lynn is currently the Co-chair of the Tax Committee of European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan (ECCT) and has been committing to aligning domestic tax regulations with the international tax trends as well as the development of multinational corporations’ business.
