Kyle Chen

Prior to joining KPMG, Kyle Chen worked for Pouchen International Group (Pouchen) from 1998 to 2006, Chen accumulated eight years experiences to serve as accountant, internal auditor, project manager, and assistant of CFO.

During the years with Pouchen International Group, major contributions of projects include building up consolidation reporting system of Holding Company, financial accounting system, business intelligent system (Hyperion enterprise for consolidation), business process reengineering, Lean accounting process and e-commercial system.

Kyle joined KPMG Advisory Services Co., Ltd., as a managing consultant in 2006, responsible for business process improvement projects, performance management (BSC, ABC/M, EVA/M), quality closing & reporting and organization design.

Industries of Kyle’s focus are industrial markets, infrastructure & government, healthcare and life science, consumer & retail.
