Joy can practice in Mandarin, English and Taiwanese fluently and has extensive experience in advising and assisting corporate governance and general corporate legal compliance matters, corporate reorganizations, cross-border investments and M&A deals, as well as competition law and intellectual property right transactions and licensing matters. Joy was an active member of the student community and coordinated several international conferences, assisted various academic research programs and course teaching while she attended law school.
