Melanie Greenidge is the Regional Head of People & Change and leads the delivery of People & Change services in Barbados. Melanie has over 20 years’ experience in human resources management experience, performance improvement management and industrial relations matters. At KPMG in Barbados, her role includes the provision of advisory services to clients in the areas of change management, strategic planning, organizational design, job evaluation including the development of job descriptions, the conduct of market surveys, institutional strengthening, the design and implementation of performance management systems and compensation and rewards systems that align individual and team performance to the organizational vision, analysis and redesign of main business processes, conduct of employee satisfaction surveys and development of training plans. Melanie has published several articles pertaining to HR development issues in business publications including ‘The Brain Drain – New Realities’ (Business Barbados, 2007) and ‘Building a Workforce for the 21st Century – Developing Human Capital in the New Barbados Economy (Business Barbados, 2004).
