Burak Yıldırım

Since 2011, Burak has deepened his corporate finance experience by taking part as a team leader in the valuation, share exchange ratio calculation, acquisition ratio distribution and M&A projects of many local and foreign businesses and brands in various sectors within KPMG Corporate Finance. Yıldırım gained international experience by working in KPMG Düsseldorf office for 6 months in 2015. During this period, he gained experience in financial modeling and company valuation, especially in the industrial and energy sectors. In addition to valuation and M&A projects, he has been involved in financial due diligence and commercial due diligence projects in the automotive and recycling sectors. After completing his master's degree, Mr. Yıldırım worked as a specialist in the Strategic Planning and Business Development Department of Karadeniz Holding, one of Turkey's leading energy groups, for two years. During this period, he gained sectoral experience by taking part in the valuation and feasibility studies of domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects such as mines, ports and treatment, strategic planning of holding companies and finding strategic and financial partners.
