Nazem Öncel

Nazem has started to work at Accounting and Tax Outsourcing Team of KPMG as an assistant in 2010, was promoted as a manager at 2014 and as a senior manager at 2018. She previously worked as a supervisor in Doga Gumruk Musavirligi which is operating in customs consultancy.

She has developed unique expertise in various fields during her 12 years of experience such as; management of a large client portfolio composed of foreign investment entities and Turkish entities, providing accounting and tax return preparation services, preparation of Financial reports in compliance with Turkish GAAP and IFRS, preparation of Payroll and fulfilment of social security liabilities, preparation of proposals for prospective of new clients (including local target clients and global clients where we attend global tenders through GCMS Network), and the analysis of Department revenue reports and comparison with budget.

Shas also worked in several accounting software set up projects (leading the implementation of software for automation tax return preparation process).
