Uluç Ener

Uluc Ener joined Arthur Andersen Tax Department at 1997. Uluc became a Tax Manager in Arthur Andersen - Strategic Consultancy Department at 2002 and also worked for Ernst & Young - Strategic Consultancy Department as a Tax Manager. Between 2003-2004, she worked for KPMG-Tax Department as a Senior Tax Manager and she joined Erdikler Taxand in 2004 as a Senior Tax Manager. In 2006 she became a Partner at Erdikler Taxand. Starting from 01.01.2019, she worked as a Partner in KPMG Türkiye Tax Department. Since 01.10.2023 she has been working as a Partner in KPMG Türkiye Accounting & Tax Outsourcing Services Department. Uluc attends many local and international seminars and training programs concerning taxation, international restructuring and international taxation. Uluc performs following tax audit and consulting services to many local and international companies operating in production, services and finance sector: She has taken part in many restructuring projects. Performed restructuring and tax planning services for minimizing the tax burden of various group companies. Performed tax audit for several local and international companies operating in various industries. Performed consulting services to significant holding firms in Türkiye. Performed many due diligence and diagnostic review studies.Performed consulting services concerning “inbound” and “outbound investment” to local and international companies. Performed tax consultancy concerning many merger & acquisition projects. She has expertise in transfer pricing. Performed tax structuring and consulting services in many real estate projects. She prepared Expert Witness Reports for ICC cases and attend to hearings as an Expert.
