Uluç Ener

Uluc Ener joined Arthur Andersen in 1997. In 2002, she was appointed as a Tax Manager in the Strategic Consultancy Department of Arthur Andersen and subsequently continued in the same role at Ernst & Young’s Strategic Consultancy Department. Between 2003 and 2004, she worked at KPMG’s Tax Department as a Senior Tax Manager. In 2004, she joined Erdikler Taxand as a Senior Tax Manager and became a Partner in 2006.

As of 01.01.2019, she started working as a Tax Partner at KPMG Turkey. Since 01.10.2023, she has been serving as the Leader Tax Partner in the Accounting & Tax Outsourcing Services Department of KPMG Turkey.

Throughout her career, Uluc Ener has participated in numerous local and international seminars and training programs focused on taxation, international restructuring, and international taxation. She has provided tax audit and consulting services to many local and international companies operating in the production, services, and finance sectors. Her experience includes involvement in numerous restructuring and tax planning projects, consulting services for major holding companies in Turkey, and the execution of many due diligence and diagnostic review studies. She has also advised local and international companies on inbound and outbound investments, provided tax consultancy services for various merger and acquisition projects, and developed significant expertise in transfer pricing.

In addition, she has delivered tax structuring and consultancy services for numerous real estate projects, prepared Expert Witness Reports for ICC cases, and participated in hearings as an expert. She currently leads accounting and tax outsourcing projects provided to large multinational and local companies.
