Sinem Cantürk

Sinem Cantürk is Fintech and Digital Finance Leader in KPMG Turkiye. She is a member of Digital Finance Working Group (DFWG) advisory board. In addition, she is also the founder member and vice president of Financial Innovation and Technology Association (FINTR). Sinem Cantürk has started her career in Yapı Kredi Bank at 1996 and spent ten years in variety of roles as application development team leader, application architect and project manager. She has joined KPMG at 2006. Since that date, she has been leading Information Technology (IT), process audits based on global standards like CobIT, ISO, SOX, ITIL, CMMI as well as process audits based on local regulations like BRSA (BDDK), Capital Markets Board (SPK), Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK), Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) regulations. Additionally, she has also participated in numerous advisory engagements like banks and/or e-money company establishments, due diligence projects, cobIT implementations, ISO standards implementations, business continuity analysis, internal control environment implementations mainly for financial sector firms.
