In the Audit Department: We offer internship opportunities for nearly 5 months in total, between November-March. You can follow up on our Audit Program announcement which is published in August and make your application in order to participate in this program. We meet with candidates who are willing to build a career in audit, who are new graduates or senior students in universities’ Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, who have advanced knowledge of English. This program allows candidates to get to know KPMG and experience the subjects of independant audit and tax. Additionally, the candidates who demonstrate a successful performance may join us as an Assistant.

In the Advisory and Tax Departments: We hire Interns in the amounts and periods specified in accordance with the needs of departments during the year. We meet with candidates who meet the required qualifications of the relevant department. You can follow up on internship opportunities on our “Job Announcements” page during the year. 

We publish our Assistant announcements at the end of every February. Assistant recruitment process is very important to us since we meet with candidates who have proven their academic success, and more importantly, start a career in Audit, Tax or Advisory. We conduct various tests and interviews in order to get to know them better. It takes a candidate 4-6 weeks to complete this process. Our Assistant recruitment process lasts until July. New graduates join us in September of every year.
