A certified public accountant, Manel joined KPMG’s audit team in Tunisia in 2005 at the start of her career. Beginning in 2009, and following a stint in the Transaction Services department at KPMG Paris, she specialized in due diligence, financial analysis, and business valuation. Manel has headed the Advisory department since 2015.
Through the numerous engagements she has led, Manel has developed in-depth expertise across a wide range of industries. Her experience spans several areas of expertise, including advising on buy-side and sell-side acquisition projects, restructuring engagements, supporting privatization transactions, modeling business plans, and conducting strategic studies and consulting engagements. Her expertise also extends to Libya, where Manel has led several assignments across various industries, covering both the public and private sectors.
