High levels of economic disruption and uncertainties such as global economic volatility and inflation, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, supply chain disruptions as well as recent developments of accounting standard have impacted considerations for annual financial statements.

Therefore, KPMG in Thailand is cordially inviting Audit Committees to participate in a discussion on financial reporting risks and impacts to enable effective preparation of financial statements in response to the changes to financial reporting which will be effective in 2023 and to discuss about the pre-approval of Non-Assurance Services (NAS) and Fees standards issued by the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA).

เคพีเอ็มจี ประเทศไทย ขอเรียนเชิญท่านกรรมการตรวจสอบเข้าร่วมเสวนาในประเด็นความเสี่ยงและผลกระทบในการรายงานทางการเงินเพื่อให้การจัดเตรียมงบการเงินเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธภาพเพื่อพร้อมรับต่อมาตรฐานการรายงานทางการเงินที่จะมีผลบังคับใช้ในปี 2566 รวมถึงสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดใหม่ของคณะกรรมการมาตรฐานจรรยาบรรณระหว่างประเทศสำหรับนักบัญชี (IESBA) เรื่องการขออนุมัติก่อนการรับงานบริการที่ไม่ให้ความเชื่อมั่น
