Andrej Zsoldos

During his career, he has advised more than 100 leading Slovak companies on business acquisitions and disposals, successfully connecting clients and potential investors and strategic partners together. He has experience across various industries from consumer markets and e-commerce to industrial production to sustainable energy. He advises clients throughout the whole transaction process, from in-depth business and market analysis, investment case preparation, through identification and communication with potential investors, to transaction execution and final negotiations. He also focuses on fast-growing and technology companies and advises founders on topics from raising venture capital to dealing with corporate governance matters. Andrej graduated from the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands with a degree in Finance and is a member of ACCA. He is fluent in Slovak, Hungarian and English.
