Along with our guest speakers from AirTrunk and DLA Piper in Australia, we look forward to sharing insights into Australia data centres as an asset class for a growing number of foreign investors. • Legal considerations of overseas investors/funds' investments into Australian data centres; and
  • Commonly used structures for investing into Australian data centres including eligibility for the Managed Investment Trust (MIT) regime and the role for Singapore as a regional holding platform.
