Mak Oi Leng

Oi Leng leads Corporate Tax Planning & Compliance, Global Compliance Management Services and Tax Learning & Development at KPMG in Singapore, with more than 30 years of tax experience across Singapore’s public and private sectors.

She provides tax compliance and tax advisory support on a wide range of cross-border tax issues to multinational clients in Europe, US and Asia. Her areas of speciality include mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient supply chain structuring, tax risk and dispute management, and government tax incentives and grants.

Oi Leng previously served as a tax specialist in the policy division of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and was a Registrar on the Public Acccountants Board.
