Ram Lakshminaryanan

Ram leads organisation transformation as Partner and Head of People and Change, Advisory at KPMG in Singapore. He focuses on digital integration and innovation, with expertise in new operating models organisational design, digital transformation, digital marketing, culture and change management.

Ram held senior positions in the firm prior to this role. He was Head of Financial Services Consulting and Chief Information Officer (CIO) in Advisory. He was instrumental in driving the firm’s digital transformation of financial services. He also played a key role in setting up the firm’s intelligent automation business.

Having spent more than three decades in advisory, he has a wealth of experience providing guidance and expertise to CEOs and Boards on future business models and enterprise transformation.
