Ser Yen has over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering information security services and solutions for a wide spectrum of clients from the government, engineering, defence, financial services, insurance and education sectors, among others. Ser Yen currently leads the cyber transformation service at KPMG in Singapore. His role involves advising clients in the region to find effective approaches to secure their businesses by bringing people, process, and technology together.
Ser Yen has led the design and implementation of multiple data protection, identity and access management (IAM), security monitoring and governance, risk and compliant (GRC) technology deployments. In addition to cyber security review and assessment engagements, Ser Yen also provides consultancy to assist in strengthening enterprises’ data protection and privacy regime with regular briefings on latest market trends and changes.
