Anna is the Head of Personal Tax and Global Mobility Services at KPMG in Singapore, with more than 30 years' experience (including 19 years as a tax partner) providing tax advisory and compliance services to global financial institutions, global corporations, government-linked companies, founding shareholders, family offices and public-listed companies.
She works closely with KPMG member firms internationally to advise clients on a broad array of projects, across employment tax, global mobility, immigration and personal tax. She has also assisted clients in leading multi-jurisdictional projects on employee equity plans, employment tax matters, obtaining favourable tax rulings and dispute resolutions with the tax authority.
Anna has presented at various seminars organised by KPMG, Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals and various business federations. She co-authored the book “Taxation of Insurance Business in Singapore” and has contributed chapters in various publications including “The Law and Practice of Singapore Income Tax”.
She has delivered lectures in various tax courses conducted by the Tax Academy and was adjunct associate professor for taxation at the National University of Singapore in 2013. She was previously an external reviewer for the taxation module in the Singapore Qualification Programme (for Chartered Accountants) of the Singapore Accountancy Commission.
Anna is a committee member of the Learning and Assessment Committee (Foundation) of the Singapore Accountancy Commission.
