On November 30th we welcome you to the next What’s Up in Compliance network meeting. The network meeting is for compliance professionals and aims to serve as a forum for industry key players to learn, exchange ideas, and discuss critical compliance issues.

At this network meeting we will be looking at the results from the recently conducted Nordic Ethics & Compliance Survey 2023. After the presentation of the main findings and trends from the report the network meeting will continue with a panel discussion on these trends and opportunities and challenges that these pose for compliance professionals. Read more about our eminent panel speakers below. The panel discussion will be followed by mingle from 17:00, in KPMG's premises where you will have the chance to mingle with the panelists and peers.

With more than 20 years of experience within compliance, risk management, external and internal audit as well as internal control, Janica is leading the Group Compliance and Internal Audit functions at Lantmännen. She is responsible for multiple compliance areas such as anti-bribery & corruption, competition, sanctions compliance, and data protection. 

Ulrika Wester

VP, Ethics & Compliance, Skanska

Ulrika has more than 15 years of experience in designing and implementing effective Ethics & Compliance programs, and currently holds the position as Head of Ethics & Compliance function at Skanska. She is responsible for multiple compliance areas such as anti-bribery & corruption, competition, trade sanctions, and data protection.  

Leif Önner

Head of Compliance, Electrolux

Leif has more than 15 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel in various positions, with extensive experience of governance and compliance. He currently holds the position as Head of Compliance at Electrolux. Leif is responsible for multiple compliance areas such as anti-bribery & corruption, export control & sanctions, conflict of interest, data privacy, and whistleblower investigations.
