Moa Cedhamre

Moa is a Senior Manager specialized in sustainability advisory services. She has over 18 years of experience working within the Swedish government and its agencies and is apart from the sustainability agenda well acquainted with the national and European regulatory process, risk identification, financial stability issues, governance and crisis management.

Moa has extensive experience working with international organizations as the FSB, IMF, IOSCO, ISSB, the ESRB as well as the European Supervisory Authorities. Moa represented Sweden in ESMA’s sustainability coordination network, where most of the European sustainability plans and ESG regulations are discussed. Prior to joining KPMG Moa headed the Swedish secretariat under Finansinspektionen’s chairmanship of the sustainability task force (SFT) at IOSCO. One of the STF’s main task is to advise on the IFRS International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) proposed disclosure standards.

At KPMG Moa is leading the group of sustainability experts within Advisory that support clients throughout their sustainability transformation journey. By interpreting ESG regulations and frameworks they assist in i.e.clients ESG reporting preparedness and implementation and thus improving their sustainability performance.

Moa’s strength lies in helping companies and organizations with the integration of sustainability related regulations into risks assessments, strategies and transitions as a part of their business development plans. Moa has a holistic and systematic approach combined with an ability to decompose an organization’s vision, strategy and needs into policies, goals and distinct deliverables.
