Samer Jumean is a renowned infrastructure and real estate executive with over 30 years of experience in advising governments, developers and investors on assessing, developing, structuring and financing substantial transactions in the transport, utilities, oil & gas, metals & mining, social infrastructure and real estate sectors. Deal record includes transactions valued over US$ 30 billion and involving PPPs, privatizations, project financings and mergers & acquisitions in the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.
Prior to joining KPMG in Saudi Arabia and the Levant, Samer was Infrastructure Advisory Partner with Synergy Consulting (UAE), General Manager for Investment and Project finance with Emirates Global Aluminum (UAE), CEO with the St Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority (St Kitts and Nevis) and Investment Officer with the International Finance Corporation (US).
Samer is speaks English and Arabic and holds a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from George Washington University.
