Damian Grice

Damian is Partner and serves as Chief Operating Officer of the firm. He is a seasoned COO and innovator within professional and financial services and has over 22 years of experience in transformation focused leadership. He has been a COO and business executive based in the Middle East since 2013 and has held integral roles in some of the region’s most prominent financial institutions. He also has a proven track record in running, setting up, transforming and scaling businesses across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Previously, Damian held leadership roles at a British universal bank, including Chief of Staff for the Global COO and Global Head of Innovation for the Corporate Bank. He started his managerial career at another Big 4 in the London-based Banking and Capital Markets group.
