As a global corporation KPMG d.o.o. Beograd is aware of the significance and importance of technology in modern education. At the end of 2021, we donated 10 laptops to the primary school "Miloje Vasic". After visiting this school and supporting its project of creating knowledge through computer science, Tatjana Ivanović, Senior Manager in KPMG stated: "I would ask you to take a few minutes and support "Miloje Vasic" elementary school. We work in a company and live in a world where we are aware of how important knowledge is."

For nine years already, KPMG d.o.o. Beograd is regularly contributing through its activities to smoother and more efficient operation of BELhospice, the first specialized institution in Serbia which offers palliative care.

We are supporting BELhospice as a company through pro bono provision of our professional consulting and audit services. Thus we are directly placing our knowledge and professionalism in the service of our community. Besides contributing to smoother business operation, in this way we are motivating our employees to get involved personally in solving problems in their community.

As a company we contributed to the construction of an infirmary both through direct cash contributions, as well as through numerous humanitarian campaigns, from the annual humanitarian ball, to football and tennis tournaments. The construction of the infirmary will ensure modern facilities that provide humane and dignified conditions for patients and their visiting families.

On 18 June 2016, the 8th and so far the biggest BELhospice charity “5-a-side” football tournament raised EUR 16,000 to support the work of BELhospice in providing free palliative care to cancer patients.

This year’s event was organized in the Serbian Football Association's sport center and supported by 17 companies which all entered employee teams playing for the BELhospice 2016 trophy.

In the finals KPMG won the tournament over Unisol Group with a score of 2:1. The Serbian practice has been participating in this tournament since its beginning, but this was the first time that it took the trophy back to their office.

Big four - KPMG, PwC, Deloitte and EY, made the entrepreneurship cabinet and school painting event named the 'Green 4' held on 29 September 2017 at primary school in Rakovica.

During that day more than 100 volunteers within four of the world’s largest auditing and consulting firms known as the 'Big 4 took part in painting and equipping of the cabinet, two other schoolrooms, a hallway, a bench in the yard (of course with the assistance of a skilled workers).

We know that success carries with it a great sense of responsibility. We are helping our local community so that our society would develop with us, and we are providing support to those who need it most. On the 20th anniversary of our presence in Serbia we have decided to support young talent and to help them travel to international competitions in mathematics, computer science, chemistry, physics, as well as the International Junior Science Olympiad.

We are proud to be part of their success and because they managed to demonstrate their potentials in China, Russia, Georgia, Switzerland and South Korea. The total balance: 1 gold, 8 silver and 14 bronze medals!

Representatives of the Ministry of Education and the Third Economic School took over 25 computers, donated from the KPMG in Belgrade, which also showed that our company care about young people, their personal and professional progress.
