Corina Constantin graduated from the Timisoara University of Economics and Business Administration and started her activity at KPMG in 2005. She worked in audit for three years and then joined the Advisory department, where she became manager in 2011. Corina has experience in coordinating teams during complex mergers and acquisitions projects. Her experience also covers a diverse range of advisory projects in the electricity and natural gas sectors. Corina is a promoter of change, and has been involved over the last year in coordinating a management and organizational culture transformation programme for the Advisory department.

Cătălin Dică has 15 years of experience in audit and advisory services. Cătălin joined KPMG in 2009 and has coordinated numerous audit missions for companies in industries such as IT, auto, transport, FMCG, retail, media & entertainment, etc. Cătălin is certified for PCAOB audits, and has been a member of ACCA since 2007 and of CAFR since 2009. As a professional, Cătălin has a strong reputation for his quick and efficient solutions offered to clients from a wide range of industries, anticipating the evolving needs of companies which do business in Romania through the services they provide.

Monica Drăgoi has been with KPMG for 10 years, during which she has specialized in the audit of banks and insurance companies. She led the Finance department of a credit institution and coordinated asset quality review projects for Romanian and Bulgarian financial institutions. She is a member of CAFR (the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania), an FCCA (Fellow Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) and she is in the course of CFA certification (Chartered Financial Analyst). Monica has a strong reputation for applying creativity and innovative solutions to daily processes. She is energetic, with a strong degree of empathy, providing her colleagues and clients with the necessary support in the face of their daily challenges.

Cătălin Oroviceanu has more than 17 years of experience in legal advisory, focused on mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law. Prior to joining KPMG Legal, Cătălin supervised the legal activities of a group of firms owned in Romania by a private equity fund. He also worked as a senior/coordinating lawyer in a Magic Circle law firm and in a law firm affiliated with a Big4 firm. Cătălin is passionate about commercial law and has regularly published articles which have made a strong impact in the business law environment.

Ioana-Zenaida Rizea-Popp started her career in KPMG in 2006. In 2016 she became a Senior Manager in Audit. Ioana is both an economics and a legal specialist, and is a member of ACCA (the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants), CAFR (the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania) and CCF (the Chamber of Tax Consultants). Ioana is close to the teams and people she works with, and is actively involved in the recruitment process and in supporting people in their personal and professional development processes.

Irina Rubeli joined the Financial Services Audit department of KPMG in 2006. In October 2010, she became a manager in the department, and two years later she was promoted to senior manager. Irina is an FCCA (Fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants), and a member of CAFR (the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania). In addition to coordinating audit missions for financial services clients, Irina is one of KPMG’s internal coaches, dealing with personal and professional development programmes for employees. She is an authorised consultant on the Five-Lands Journey methodology and is part of the KPMG team that focuses on developing an agile organisational culture prepared for the challenges of the 21st century.

Alexandru Rusu's career began in 2007 in the Audit department. Since then he has accumulated significant experience in coordinating audit missions of large Romanian and international companies doing business in Romania and which report their financial statements in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP and SOX 404. He is an enthusiast for technology and a connector of people, bringing a lot of passion and creativity to the team.

Cristina Vasilescu graduated from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, joining KPMG in 2006. Since then, her career has advanced rapidly. She is a specialist in transfer pricing, and she became a manager in 2010. Subsequently, in 2013, she became a senior manager. Cristina is a dynamic person, with excellent communication skills, who provides a positive example for her team of a personal and professional journey.
