Government Decision no. 284/2017 to amend and complete the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code (hereinafter “the Norms”) has been published in the Official Journal of Romania (no. 319, dated 4 May 2017). Please find below the most important amendments and additions brought to the Norms with respect to VAT.
