Tax inspections – let’s learn from recent practice

During the presentation, we will deal with interesting points arising from recent tax inspections as well as from the jurisprudence of Romanian and international courts. Our approach takes into account the practice of the authorities during tax administration procedures so that the material presented will constitute a useful tool for financial, accounting and legal professionals.
