Annual Payroll Seminar; Labor Legislation and International Mobility

The seminar will focus on the latest issues related to payroll legislation, changes to the rules on medical leave, changes in labor law and social dialogue. We will also consider aspects of international mobility, especially practical issues related to the posting of Romanian staff abroad.

In addition, we will discuss practical issues related to the tax exemption on salary income for employees who have earnings from the creation of computer programs or from applied research and development and / or technological development activities.
