Bogdan Vaduva joined KPMG in 2004 and has continuously expanded his area of expertise to cover corporate finance, transaction services and audit. He has become a full spectrum adviser leading multi-disciplinary teams in high profile projects with some of Romania’s largest market players. He has been involved in numerous large transactions/restructuring projects. He specializes in corporate finance consultancy with a focus on Energy and Utilities, Oil and Gas as well as Transportation/Infrastructure. Intelligent and ambitious, Bogdan has had a leading role in making KPMG’s Energy practice the most successful in the market. Bogdan has a talent for inspiring people to develop, encouraging his teams to outgrow their potential and most importantly, to focus on exceeding KPMG clients’ expectations. He has a Postgraduate Certificate - Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School - Executive Education and is a member of the UK-based Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
