With more than 15 years of business consulting experience, Victor is currently leading the delivery of Customer Experience (CX) analysis and design services for companies that are willing to capture new sources of competitive advantage. His present work also includes related interventions such as the delivery of design thinking training sessions and workshops, as well as designing the working structure and providing the guidance/support to innovation teams. He holds a PhD in the Economics of Innovation as well as several prestigious certifications such as a Specialization in Design Thinking and Innovation from the Darden School of Business (Univ. of Virginia), a certification in Digital Disruption Strategy from INSEAD, as well as a Lean Competency Certification from Cardiff University - Lean Enterprise Research Centre. Victor is also an active executive coach, being accredited as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. During his career, Victor accumulated a solid expertise in academic macroeconomic research, legal consulting (public sector focused), as well as procurement & supply chain advisory at national, but also at international level. For two years he has acted as a consultancy services advisor in London, at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
