Ali Al-Shabibi

Ali brings a wealth of global senior leadership and business management experience. Prior to joining KPMG, he served as Group Head of Assurance Business Transformation and
People at Al Khaleej Sugar/Jamal Al Ghurair Group, a significant conglomerate headquartered in Dubai. Ali was responsible for transforming the group’s internal audit function, developed a group-wide corporate governance framework, led digital transformation efforts, and led a number of the group’s business valuation projects on behalf of the board.

Ali was previously a business owner and prior to that a partner at EY in Dubai, where he was Head of Risk Advisory. He also spent some of his early career in KPMG London and Singapore.
