Inga has over 19 years of professional experience. She has worked on numerous projects to help organizations to remain compliant and relevant, enabling technology to enhance its role in serving the needs of businesses and working with governmental authorities to help them serve citizens better. Inga has been a Senior Legislative Expert and Project Manager in various projects for the Romanian Tax Authority (ANAF). She has also managed the implementation of over 100 SAF-T and e-reporting projects for large taxpayers from various industries.

Patrick specialises in large scale tax transformation. Currently he is leading Pillar II for the EMA region, overseeing our EMA Pillar II strategy and delivering projects for our most complex clients. Patrick joined KPMG in June 2024 from a large multinational bank, where he was the global head of tax change. In this role Patrick led on the bank’s global Pillar 2 transformation program, and now as part of KPMG’s global Pillar 2 leadership team, he brings unique experience to KPMG’s clients.

Diana has more than 17 years of experience of tax advisory services, including tax digitalization projects (SAF-T, e-reporting, e-VAT, e-Transport), advising local and multinational companies, especially on indirect taxes. She also provides assistance to audit and due diligence services, coordinating various tax projects for the purpose of assessing the level of fiscal compliance and possible fiscal exposure as well as coordinating compliance work for several clients.

Emma has extensive experience delivering tax technology and compliance projects, and has focused over on some of the biggest Pillar II projects for our clients. Last year Emma brought her experience to help set up KPMG EMA Pillar II capability. She now leads the EMA Team, supporting the region end to end on Pillar II, from helping clients start their journey the right the way through to technology implementation and into live reporting and test compliance runs.
