Liability of a collective entity leads to material losses of great value. Collective liability proceedings carry the risk of loss of reputation, clients, orders and high financial penalties of up to PLN 5 million, as well as the risk of a ban on promoting or advertising the business conducted, products manufactured or sold, services rendered or benefits provided.
