Krzysztof joined KPMG in 1997. With over more than 18 years of professional practice in KPMG in Poland, Krzysztof has been involved in a number of both buy-side and sell-side due diligence assignments and transaction-related assistance, including inter alia vendor assistance, share purchase agreement reviews, transaction completion procedures for both multi-national and local companies originating from various sectors. Krzysztof has also been involved in the realization of commercial due diligence projects, valuations and reviews of business plans provided for investors representing various industry sectors.
