Renata Kulpa has over twenty five years of experience in providing legal services, mainly in the area of labour law and corporate law. She jointed KPMG in 1996. She is the Head of Employment Law Practice in KPMG Law.

She advises clients in all aspects of labour law, in particular within the scope of: establishment and termination of employment relationships, management contracts and other contracts of a civil law nature, takeover of work establishments, reduction of employment including mass lays-off, matters relating to collective bargaining and relationships with trade unions. She participated in many negotiation processes with the social side.

She is also experienced in representing clients before courts in labour matters, as well as in investigation proceedings related to mobbing and unequal treatment / discrimination in the work establishment.

She participated in numerous mergers of companies, acquisition of enterprises/companies, transformation and restructuring of business, privatization of State-owned enterprises, liquidation proceedings, carrying out due diligence analysis and compliance analysis, in particular within the scope of labour law (transfer of employment establishments), as well as in designing operational strategies and implementing numerous projects involving employment restructuring.
