Renata Kulpa has over twenty-five years of experience in providing legal services, mainly in the area of labour law and corporate law. She advises clients in all aspects of labour law, in particular in establishment and termination of employment relationships, management contracts, takeover of work establishments, reduction of employment, matters relating to collective bargaining and relationships with trade unions. She is also experienced in representing clients before courts, as well as in investigation proceedings related to mobbing and unequal treatment / discrimination in the work establishment.
