Paweł Bajno

Paweł is an Attorney-at-law, Partner and Co-Head in KPMG Law Office in Poland. During his nearly 30 year career, he has focused on commercial law issues, in particular M&A, corporate governance and capital markets. Paweł advises private equity funds and has extensive experience in transactions completed by private equity and venture capital funds both in Poland and abroad. Prior to joining KPMG he was a partner in other international law firms in Poland. Paweł is ranked and highly recognised by international law rankings, e.g.: Legal 500, Chambers Global, Chambers Europe as well as IFLR1000. He is also an exclusive winner of the Client Choice Awards 2017 in the M&A category or Poland. Paweł graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Warsaw in 1995, and has been admitted to practice in Poland since 2001.
