World of Audit
World of Audit is a professional cycle of workshops conducted by qualified KPMG trainers. If you are interested in a practical approach to financial issues and you are linking your professional future to the audit and advisory industry, take part in the programme, thanks to which you will receive from us a guaranteed job or internship offer at KPMG audit department in one of seven offices in Poland.
Who can participate in the programme?
The programme is addressed to:
- Students of economic, financial, science or related faculties,
- Students of at least second year,
- Graduates up to one year after graduation.
What are the benefits for participants?
The uniqueness of the World of Audit programme lies in the fact that all participants attending the training courses are guaranteed paid internships or employment under an employment contract, depending on the participant's experience and availability. Due to the employment guarantee, as well as the training cycle offered under the programme, it is very popular among students and graduates.
After starting work, all new employees and interns take part in Induction, during which they learn about the specifics of the job, take part in many courses and have the opportunity to integrate with their colleagues.
How to register your participation?
Recruitment for the programme starts in early February. You should submit your application in response to the recruitment announcement and fill in the online form together with an indication of the location where the candidate would like to attend the training. After the positive verification of the CV, the candidate will be informed by e-mail about qualifying for the online testing stage.

Stages of the programme:
The programme consists of five stages: online registration, online tests, recruitment interview, training courses and a gala.
- Online registration - when entering the first stage, the candidate's task is to register online in our recruitment system in response to the advertisement and indicate the location of interest. If the candidate's previous experience and skills meet the above criteria, they will be invited to stage II,
- Online tests - the next step is to solve two tests:
- An online test consisting of a numerical part, then a verbal part and a questionnaire of professional preferences,
- An English language test to determine the level of language proficiency. The test results will be decisive for participation in the programme,
- An online test consisting of a numerical part, then a verbal part and a questionnaire of professional preferences,
- Interview - the persons who best solve the online tests will be invited to take part in an interview for the position of an intern or assistant in the audit department at KPMG in Poland. Following a positive evaluation of the interview, the selected participants will be invited to training courses and, upon completion of the training, will also be offered paid internships or jobs. Those who complete the full World of Audit cycle will also receive a certificate of participation in the programme,
- Professional workshops - this is the stage at which participants enter the practical part of the programme, getting to know the nitty-gritty of the auditor's profession and solving a real case study. World of Audit is a total of four workshop meetings held online. Each meeting lasts three hours and is conducted under the supervision of qualified KPMG trainers.
Global Mobility Services Internship Program
The rotational programme is a fantastic opportunity to prove your skills working in 4 different teams in the tax consultancy area. In the 12 months Internship Program every 3 months you will rotate through different areas of our global mobility practice, you will gain experience in payroll, equity, compliance and more and find out where you can best put your strengths to use.
Who can take part in the programme?

- of Law, Finance, Economics, or related faculties
- from the 3rd year upwards
- graduates
- with strong oral and written English language skill (minimum B2 level), any other language adds to our diversity

Tax’n’You
Tax'n'You is an annual competition aimed at students and graduates interested in tax, legal and accounting matters, who link their professional future with work as a tax advisor.
Who can participate in the competition?
The competition is addressed to:
- Third year students of undergraduate studies,
- 4th and 5th year students of uniform studies,
- Second degree students,
- Master's degree students in higher education up to one year after graduation.
What are the benefits for participants?
The competition gives participants a unique opportunity to confront academic knowledge of tax law with the requirements that the market currently places on contemporary tax advisors.
- The winner of the 1st place receives an employment contract, a financial prize of PLN 5,000 and prizes in kind,
- The winner of the 2nd place receives an employment contract, a financial prize of PLN 3,000, prizes in kind,
- The winner of the 3rd place receives an employment contract, a financial prize of PLN 2,000 and prizes in kind,
- The other finalists receive paid internships and prizes in kind.

KPMG Ambassadors
The KPMG Ambassadors are students interested in a career in the audit and consulting industry who represent KPMG at their universities, familiarising the academic community with the recruitment programmes for students and graduates. They are also people who are willing to share information about KPMG. Thanks to direct cooperation with representatives of the HR department, they have the most up-to-date internship and job offers, especially for those just starting their careers.
Who can participate in the programme?
The programme is aimed at students:
- Studying economics, finance and law, as well as management or science, who would like to work in the audit and consulting industry in the near future,
- Second- or third-year undergraduates,
- Studying for a master's degree.
Applications for the programme can be submitted by students from universities in Warsaw, Krakow, Poznan, Katowice, Gdansk, Lodz, Lublin, Torun, Bialystok and Wroclaw.
If, in addition, you are a member of student organisations or study groups, you are fluent in English, communicative, motivated, and have organisational skills, and you are keen to take on new challenges, you simply must apply to the KPMG Ambassadors programme.

Stages of the programme
Registration for the programme starts at the turn of May and June.

How to register your participation?
To take part in the programme, all you have to do is to fill in an application form, in which you have to describe your project in detail. The jury will select from among all the applications those that have the greatest potential and best suit the needs of a specific target group or are likely to have a significant impact on business or knowledge development.
