Fahad Bin Waheed

Fahad has spent his career with KPMG Pakistan and EY Ford Rhodes. 

He is a member of the Department of Professional Practice of KPMG Pakistan providing technical support in areas of financial reporting and auditing to teams across the firm.

Fahad has more than 18 years’ experience in corporate and tax laws, listing regulations, International Financial Reporting Standards, International Standards on Auditing, financial management and due diligence studies.

He is responsible for the control, supervision and finalization of statutory audits, international reporting of various large local and multinational organizations operating in diversified sectors, in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and local regulations.In addition to planning and performing audits, he is also involved in handling relationship and services with clients.

He has advised and assisted clients on various matters and prepared professional opinions on Accounting, Companies Ordinance, 1984, Establishment of Internal Controls, etc. He has significant experience of advising clients on regulatory issues, setting-up business in Pakistan and forex regulations.
