With over three decades of post-qualification experience, Riaz Pesnani is a seasoned professional known for his exceptional expertise in audit & assurance, people development and strategic & financial planning. As Partner and Head of Audit at KPMG in Pakistan, Riaz has played a pivotal role in elevating the firm's audit practice and ensuring the highest standards of audit quality. Riaz is spearheading KPMG’s Global Audit Quality Transformation Plan in Pakistan.

Riaz' extensive experience spans both national and international landscapes, having worked in Pakistan and abroad. His leadership skills have been instrumental in steering major projects, including the successful listing of Global Depository Shares for a prominent Oil & Gas Company on the London and Singapore Stock Exchanges.

Throughout his illustrious career, Riaz has demonstrated a commitment to professional excellence and continuous improvement. His ability to develop and mentor talent within the organization has been crucial in fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
