Amyn Pirani

Amyn is an Audit partner in KPMG Pakistan. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of post-qualification experience. 

Over the years he has carried out several audit and advisory engagements. These include audits and similar other engagements of several listed and unlisted entities, both multinational and local entities. His experience also includes financial due diligence engagements, review of internal controls over financial reporting, etc.

He also acted as the engagement partner in respect of the issuance of Global Depository Receipts (GDR) by a major entity in the Country, one of the very few in the country.

Audits of the financial statements prepared both under the local standards and regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards.

He has worked across a number of entities operating in different sectors of economy including the financial services (comprising of Banks, insurance companies, mutual funds, leasing companies, etc.), consumer and service sectors, energy and natural resources, manufacturing companies, NGOs, etc.
