Mr. Mazhar Saleem Hamdani

Mazhar has been a partner with KPMG since 2009 and is has been dealing with finalization of statutory audits, group reporting’s etc. of various large local and multinational organizations operating in diversified sectors in accordance with IFRSs and Local Regulations.

He is well conversant with corporate laws, tax laws, foreign exchange regulations, regulatory environment and auditing framework, etc. In addition to planning and performing audits, he is also involved in handling relationship and services with clients. He has advised and assisted the clients on various matters and prepared professional opinions on accounting, corporate laws, establishment of Internal Controls etc.

Mazhar has also worked in Industry for seven years where he was involved in the accounting, Credit Administration and MIS reporting. He has worked on the audit of a number of local and foreign banks.
