Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:- Client Relationship strategy and planning:
- ▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- ▪ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- ▪ Design, develop, and maintain internal marketing platforms and tools to streamline marketing operations.
- ▪ Implement automation solutions for tasks such as lead nurturing, email marketing, and analytics.
- ▪ Oversee content creation, including written materials, graphics, and multimedia content.
- ▪ Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- ▪ Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- ▪ Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- ▪ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- ▪ Provide training and support to colleagues on the use of internal marketing platforms.
- ▪ Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- ▪ Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of content and accuracy.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidate should have:
- ▪ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- ▪ Proven experience in marketing strategy development and implementation.
- ▪ Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
- ▪ Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills working with senior level stakeholders and in a team within a demanding and high-volume environment, excellent relationship development capabilities.
- ▪ Ability to take and provide constructive feedback to iterate and improve quality of work; attention to detail and commitment to deliver a high-quality service.
- ▪ Familiarity with the professional services industry is a plus.
- ▪ Proficient in MS Office applications.
