Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • ▪ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in SAP solutions, focusing on business development and account acquisition;
  • ▪ Identify and generate new sales leads by targeting potential SAP clients and building relationships with key decision-makers;
  • ▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and how SAP can address them;
  • ▪ With the SAP consulting team to position the right SAP solutions (across all modules) to meet the client’s business objectives;
  • ▪ Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value of SAP solutions to potential customers;
  • ▪ Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring successful contract execution;
  • ▪ Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs and competitor offerings to strategically position SAP solutions and differentiate from the competition; and
  • ▪ Collaborate with SAP consultants, technical teams, and project managers to ensure the successful transition from the sales cycle to the implementation phase.

  • Eligibility Requirements

    • ▪ Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the IT/software or SAP ecosystem.
    • ▪ Strong understanding of SAP solutions and the ability to communicate their value proposition to non-technical stakeholders.
    • ▪ Proven experience in engaging with senior-level decision-makers, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
    • ▪ Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • ▪ Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
    • ▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and product demos.
    • ▪ Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
    • ▪ Knowledge of the SAP market, key trends and competitive landscape is preferred.
