Job Responsibilities
- ▪ Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees, including form signing, onboarding sessions, and managing document collection;
- ▪ Support employee exit procedures, ensuring proper documentation and compliance;
- ▪ Assist employees with health insurance claims, including documentation and follow-ups;
- ▪ Assist in processing gratuity claims accurately and in a timely manner;
- ▪ Oversee leave management and address related queries;
- ▪ Assist in preparing quarterly KPI reports;
- ▪ Assist in collecting and preparing necessary data for payroll;
- ▪ Prepare professional HR-related letters, reports, and documentation as needed; and
- ▪ Assist with day-to-day HR operations.
- ▪ Bachelors / Masters in HR.
- ▪ Preferably 1 to 2 years of work experience in a reputable organization.
- ▪ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- ▪ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- ▪ Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- ▪ Attention to detail for record-keeping and reporting.
