Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • ▪ Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees, including form signing, onboarding sessions, and managing document collection;
  • ▪ Support employee exit procedures, ensuring proper documentation and compliance;
  • ▪ Assist employees with health insurance claims, including documentation and follow-ups;
  • ▪ Assist in processing gratuity claims accurately and in a timely manner;
  • ▪ Oversee leave management and address related queries;
  • ▪ Assist in preparing quarterly KPI reports;
  • ▪ Assist in collecting and preparing necessary data for payroll;
  • ▪ Prepare professional HR-related letters, reports, and documentation as needed; and
  • ▪ Assist with day-to-day HR operations.

  • Eligibility Requirements

    • ▪ Bachelors / Masters in HR.
    • ▪ Preferably 1 to 2 years of work experience in a reputable organization.
    • ▪ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • ▪ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • ▪ Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • ▪ Attention to detail for record-keeping and reporting.
