Job Responsibilities
- ▪ Manages client engagements or components of large-scale engagements of moderate complexity, along with attending client meetings and participate in Board level meetings with the Partner/ Director;
- ▪ Provides technical knowledge, coaching and training to junior team members. Ensures effective engagement management by achieving the required realization, revenue and profitability targets, while also ensuring Firm’s quality standards;
- ▪ This role also has an increased focus on business development and building networks; and
- ▪ Maintains an awareness of market trends, competitor activity and products/ services.
- ▪ Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) – ICAP / ACCA.
(Training completed with Top Tier Audit firm, with 2 years post Articles experience)
Or
MBA (LUMS/ IBA/ LSE).
(2 years working experience in a Multinational Company) - ▪ Knowledge and expertise in reviewing, managing and providing improvement suggestions in Risk Management, Internal Control environment and Governance Processes.
- ▪ Experience of reviewing and managing core and support business processes including Transformational Engagements, covering leading ERPs.
- ▪ Excellent communication, presentation and team management skills.
