Location: Karachi

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • ▪ Lead engagements and attend meetings with stakeholders to advise, shape, and drive the strategy and planning for infrastructure transactions;
  • ▪ Build and review complex financial models for feasibility studies of large-scale project finance and infrastructure projects;
  • ▪ Prepare information packages, proposals, and reports and assist the engagement director in dealings and negotiations with senior stakeholders;
  • ▪ Advice clients across all sectors, including but not limited to social infrastructure, roads and transportation, environmental, and real estate;
  • ▪ Lead the team during procurement, including RFQ (Request for Qualifications) and RFP (Request for Proposals) submissions and related bid documents; and
  • ▪ Coach junior team members, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.

Eligibility Requirements
    Candidate should have:
  • ▪ CFA / CA / ACCA / MBA / Masters in Finance or equivalent.
  • ▪ 2-5 years of mandatory experience in a top-tier advisory firm, infrastructure service provider, investment bank, relevant government agency or other relevant sector.
  • ▪ Individuals with experience & knowledge of PPP, concessions and acquisition, and project financing structures / contracts that relate to the infrastructure sector.
  • ▪ Advanced financial modelling skills, with specific in building project finance models, in Microsoft Excel is required. VBA Knowledge would be preferred.
  • ▪ Proven ability to work in a team with a track record of “handling” multiple priorities.
  • ▪ Proven capabilities of managing and working with a multi-disciplinary team.
