Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad
Role Summary
- Oversee and execute the long-term operational strategy, methodology, and management of Talent Acquisition for the Advisory function, in collaboration with the Head of Function and Partners
- Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, business networks, including business schools with a sense of commitment to meet timely hiring targets
- Screen, interview and manage active candidates, ensuring that KPMG's employment proposition is communicated effectively
- Work with Location HRBPs across the Firm to determine and communicate job role compensation and reward
- Stay abreast of leading Hiring practices and share improvement recommendations with colleagues
- Collaborate with Location HRBPs to drive an inclusive on-boarding and orientation approach in Advisory, for the hiring candidates
- Be a key point of reference for the development and execution of Talent Attraction and Sourcing expertise across the Firm for all Advisory hiring needs
- Act as a resource to support on special projects’ hiring requirements, and cross-functional engagement initiatives
- ▪ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- ▪ HR Certification (SPHR/GPHR/CIPD) in HR is preferable, with a sound knowledge of Talent Acquisition practices.
- ▪ 4 - 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition field
- ▪ Sound communication and negotiation skills
- ▪ Skilled in developing collaborative partnerships with business networks and educational institutes, and others to meet shared hiring objectives
- ▪ Ability to build and maintain an effective working relationship with senior level hiring managers and peers
- ▪ Ability to travel across our office locations within Pakistan
- ▪ Ability to provide direction and delegation to ensuring work is carried out effectively and efficiently
- ▪ Ensures handling of multiple deliverables while concurrently managing competing priorities
